Important Policies

Deposits & Payments:

All payments can be made via cash, CashApp, or Zelle. If paying in cash, please have exact change. There is a non-refundable deposit of $10/person required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit goes toward your total service charge. The remaining balance is then due at the beginning of service.

For example, if you book an appointment for three people, to receive henna on both hands up to the elbow, the total service charge would be $180. A $30 deposit would be required to secure this appointment, and the remaining $150 would be due at the start of the service.

Appointments & Late Policy:

Please arrive at your appointment on time with clean, dry skin. For best results, we recommend that you gently exfoliate before your appointment and refrain from wearing lotion or other moisturizers.

There is a 9-minute grace period for each appointment. After 10 minutes, a $10 late fee will be applied to your balance due. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled. If you are running late for an appointment, please call me at (585) 622-3036 to provide notice. Thank you!

Additional Policies:

Please refrain from bringing additional people to your appointment if they will not be served at that time. Under no circumstances do I allow children who are not receiving service. Additionally, I ask that you limit cell phone use and other distractions during your scheduled appointment time.

For best results, please refrain from peeling your henna for at least 6-12 hours after application. Washing the henna off can greatly reduce the chances of a successful application. I recommend leaving the area completely dry for at least 12-24 hours after paste removal.
